Rochefort 10 is a deeply intriguing beer with a very fruity character and with touches of dark chocolate. This dark brown beer perfectly balances great strength with a complexity of flavours. The "10" does not indicate the alc.vol.(11.3%) but is the value of the malt density before fermentation.
