The STARTER SET includes 1 original BBW2026 glass and 13 tokens. With this you can enjoy for example 2 - 3 beers or 2 beers + 1 food item.The TRIAL SET includes 1 original BBW2026 glass and 8 tokens. With this you can enjoy for example 2 beers. Ran out of tokens? No problem, you can always buy extra in the venue.

Do children and people who do not consume alcohol need to buy a ticket?

NO! If you do not drink beer, the glass is not required. Tokens (1 token = ¥230) are still required to buy food and soft drinks.

Are presale tickets available?

Yes. How can I pay at the venue?

We strongly recommend paying smart, CASHLESS. Following cashless payment methods are available.

Can I pay with cash, credit cards or QR payments at the beer and food stalls?

No, we don't accept cash and card payments at the beer & food stalls. Instead, we work with tokens (1 token = ¥230) that can be purchased at the central ticket counters. Thanks to the tokens we reduce lineups, giving you more time to drink & enjoy.

Can I have food, without drinking beer?

Yes, of course! You just need to buy tokens to get your food.

Can I use an original BBW glass and tokens of past editions?

NO! Please note that we exclusively serve beer in the original BBW glass of the current year. We redesign the glass print each year, making it a coveted collectors' item.

Can I use my original BBW glass at multiple venues?

YES! You can use your original BBW glass at any venue and day within the current year. Please understand that glasses of past editions cannot be used.

Are leftover tokens refunded?

Please note that tokens are not refundable. If you run out of tokens, you can purchase additional tokens (1 token = ¥230) at the ticket counters.*Please note that the Shinjuku venue uses exclusive "Shinjuku Limited Tokens." Tokens purchased at other BBW2026 venues cannot be used at the Shinjuku event.

What should I do with my used glass?

Well, since you paid for it, the BBW glass is now yours to keep! Please take it home and add it to your collection of BBW glasses, but even more importantly, use it to enjoy your favorite Belgian beer at home. Cheers!

What should I do if I break my glass at the event?

You will need to purchase a new glass as we cannot replace broken glasses.

Besides beer, are there any other beverages available?

The Belgian Beer Weekend is all about Belgian beer, but a selection of soft drinks is also available. Soft drinks do not require a glass and can be purchased using tokens.

Can I bring my own drinks & food?

Bringing outside food and beverages to the event is strictly prohibited. However, exceptions will be made for individuals with allergies, children's snacks, and baby food.

NO, we do not provide reserved seating.

Will the event take place in the event of rain or extreme weather conditions?

The event will take place even in the event of rain, as tents have been set up. However, in the event of extreme weather, like typhoons or other stormy weather conditions, opening hours may be changed or the event may be cancelled.In such cases, we will inform you via our website and social media channels (Instagram/Facebook/X).

Can I bring children to the event?

YES, of course! The event is open to everyone. There is also no need to purchase a SET, but tokens for food and soft drinks are required.Parents are asked to keep an eye on the children :)

Can I bring my pet with me?

Well-behaved pets are welcome at the event, as long as they are kept on a leash or in a cage, and do not disturb other visitors. However, please note that pets are not allowed at the Hibiya Park (Green Field area) and Shinjuku venue.

Is there a smoking area?

Smoking is generally not permitted at the event, in accordance with government smoking rules and regulations. However, some venues may have a designated smoking area for smokers, including e-cigarettes. Please note that smoking in non-smoking areas may result in penalties, and we appreciate your cooperation in respecting the health and comfort of all attendees.

Is the event crowded?

Please note that the event may become crowded during weekends and holidays, but weekdays tend to be less busy. We recommend purchasing your tickets in advance to reduce your waiting and check-in time at the ticket counters.

Whom should I contact if I have lost an item?

If you have lost an item at the venue, please do not hesitate to contact our staff for assistance. If you discover that you have lost something after leaving the venue, please contact us via email (the email address can be found below) and we will do our best to help you retrieve your lost item.
