From December 5 (Fri.) to 7 (Sun.), you can enjoy at Belgian Beer Weekend Shinjuku a special dinner course personally supervised and prepared by Mr. Ryu HORIUCHI, Executive Chef of the Embassy of Belgium in Tokyo.
The four-course menu is paired with three carefully selected Belgian beers, allowing you to experience Belgian culinary culture and craftsmanship with all five senses.

After starting his career at "Italico" in Nagano City, Ryo gained experience at notable restaurants such as "La Toscana" in Daikanyama, "Terroir" in Roppongi, and "Al Ponte" in Nihonbashi. He then served as Executive Chef at "COVA TOKYO," the first Japanese location of Milan's historic patisserie COVA. After that, he spent 11 years as the Residence Chef at the Austrian Embassy in Japan, handling official functions following additional training at prestigious restaurants in Austria. Since 2022, he has been serving as Executive Chef at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Belgium, showcasing the appeal of Belgian cuisine through his extensive international experience and refined culinary expertise.
